Helping Hands Care Home and Stefania have been wonderful for my mother. We were not familiar with the personal care home concept but were introduced to Helping Hands by a nurse and her strong recommendation. With only three total residents, the level of care has been exceptional and Stefania and her family have been wonderful to my mom. They are now like family and her three young daughters are so sweet to mom. Shout out to their sweet little dog Leo! Each resident has a private bedroom and the rest of the home and backyard are shared spaces. The family and residents eat meals together just like family. More importantly, mom is closely watched and her health has improved since she has been there. We also no longer have concerns regarding any medicines not being taken or meals being missed. Just can't say enough positive things about the overall experience.

Hello, I'm looking for a care home for my mother in her 80s, she's very mobile and self alert. She doesn't need assistance with personal hygiene, more of supervision and companionship. She needs a private room, can you tell me what your base rate or preferably an all inclusive rate is? She will be moving from Dallas by mid March so we are on a short time frame to secure a new community for her here in San Antonio

Words cannot express our sincere gratitude to Stefania for taking care of our mother. Thanks be to God for helping me find this beautiful lady. When I met Stefania and staff I knew immediately that God had led me to her. Stefania and her wonderful staff did an excellent job of caring for our mother. I hadn't seen my mother smile in awhile but when she arrived at this home - things changed, she was happy being with this beautiful family. Stefania knowledge and care for her patients are top notch. This is no ordinary home - it's full of caring - love compassion and dignity. I would highly recommend this professional care home for your love one. My family felt from the beginning that God had a hand in us finding Stefania. The loving care our mom received let us have her with us for another year. The professional care Stefania and her helpers provided was so reassuring to us. We had peace of mind that she was in the best of hands. I would recommend this home care facility to anyone looking for excellent, faithful care for a loved one.

I could not praise this home more highly if I tried. I have worked in the home health/ hospice industry for years and I have seen dozens and dozens of personal care homes of varying quality, and this one is hands down the best in every way.
The care provided by the owner Stefania and her staff is beyond exceptional. The home is spotless, the care is individualized, they can accommodate a patient that requires total care, and the food always looks and smells delicious.
When it came time to find placement for my own father, I was thrilled to find Stefania and her loving care. As one of only 3 patients in the home, my dad receives absolutely fantastic care and has thrived. He came to her in rough shape from a lengthy hospital stay and she completely turned him around, all bed sores healed and he just looks like a different person.
